Starwood Careers Award 2014 Opens for Nomination

Starwood Careers Award seeks to recognize outstanding talent management practices throughout Starwood Asia Pacific. Properties will be evaluated on outstanding implementation of talent development activities and achieving best in class practices. Key indicators that will be reviewed are attraction / recruitment, development, transfers and promotions, gap-free succession planning, retention, and taskforce participation at other properties. This award also examines the overall positive contribution and outcomes of these initiatives and indicators towards organizational capability building and strong employer branding, both to the property and Starwood.

The qualifying period for this year's Divisional Starwood Careers Award is between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2013.

With the Asia Pacific division leading the global growth for the organization, it is critical that we build a strong internal talent and leadership pipeline to fuel our growth. Your contribution to this area is important and deserves recognition. We therefore invite properties across all regions to participate in The Divisional Starwood Careers Award.
