The EAM/HM Tracks (2011 & 2012) were successfully held at St. Regis Bangkok from 3-4 September 2012 and Le Royal Meridien Shanghai from 6-7 September 2012.

The EAM/HM Track 2012 started their program with an Opening Workshop in which the 17 Candidates in the Bangkok class and 42 Candidates in the Shanghai class went through a series of functional presentation by Divisional Speakers, understanding the expectations of the program and setting up their stretch assignments and developmental goals for the next 12 months.

We would like to congratulate the EAM/HM Track 2011 Candidates for completing the rigorous 12-month program, with some of them already in the next phase of their careers as EAM/HMs. Candidates experienced an inspiring Graduating Workshop - In Perspective - A successful EAM/HM, as well as a “graduation” dinner where they thanked every stakeholder who had supported them over the course of the EAM/HM track.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes all Direct Managers and Mentors who supported the program and provided their invaluable time and advice to our Candidates. Also, special thanks to our guest speakers from the Regional Offices and GMs for sharing their insights on functional expertise and leadership tips.
