Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG), our award winning guest loyalty program was named ‘Favourite Hotel Loyalty Programme’ at the fourth edition of the prestigious Condé Nast Traveller India Readers’ Travel Awards 2014.

Internationally recognized as a benchmark for excellence in the travel and tourism industry, the Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards are adjudged by the most important stakeholders – travelers themselves. The public evaluate each nominee based on indicators such as alliance partners/brands, customer service, ease of use, frequency and promptness of communication, network of member hotels and guest reward system.
