For his visionary leadership, Starwood Asia Pacific President Mr. Stephen Ho was presented with the 2014 CNBC Travel Business Leader of the Year Award during the TravelRave award ceremony organized by the Singapore Tourism Board.

This great honor recognizes how, under Mr Ho’s leadership, Starwood's expansion in Asia Pacific outpaced the industry with new hotel openings over the last three years.

Here’s the accolade bestowed on Mr. Ho by KC Sullivan, President and Managing Director, CNBC International, “A strong believer in honesty and having the personal touch, Mr. Ho has successfully led the Starwood group to sign deals for new hotels over a three-year period. And with his innate ability to capitalize on key trends, the Starwood Asia Pacific group has successfully grown in both revenue and profit.
